The shop is always super clean and inviting. Dallas is very kind and attentive from the minute you walk through the door! You can 100% tell the artists here care about the happiness of all clients. From the design process and discussion to the physical tattooing - the communication and attention to detail were like no other. I can’t wait to book my next!

I Got an appointment with Dan in June 2021 for December 2021. Obviously I was excited as he’s very talented and worth the wait quickly paid my deposit and responded to the email and he confirmed the appointment for December 18. December 17th the day before my appointment he cancelled on me because he had a wedding to attend (which is totally fine people make mistakes) was told he would work with me to get me in asap. He got Covid (I’m guessing at the wedding) and had to cancel a few more clients and push them back. I didn’t realize he would have to schedule me another 4 months away and offered me an appointment on a date that I would be on vacation. I answered and told him that I can’t make that date work and said I didn’t realize it would be pushed back that late. I told him I’m starting a new job and also planning a wedding and couldn’t commit to dates later then that. So I asked for my deposit back. After a month of getting no response I emailed him again thinking maybe he didn’t get my first email. It’s now been 2 weeks and still no response. I thought the deposit being non-refundable meant if I cancelled the appointment. For $200 I would hope he would at least respond to my emails and say it’s not refundable, maybe offer a guaranteed appointment for later this year, or just give me my refund back.

Had a great experience with this shop. Definitely one of the most professional tattoo studios I've been to. The owner dan is awesome. Really down to earth guy and you can tell he puts a lot of work and thought into his business. The artist that did my work Dallas did an awesome job. I highly recommend these guys.
