got the sickest tattoo ever of my best boy. the staff is friendly and put me at ease for my first tattoo, they had cute free snacks, a good playlist, and a comfy bench to relax on while i got my tattoo, and my artist (kristin) was happy to take their time to talk to me about aftercare. they even offer free touchups at any time. i came from 2 states away to get my tattoo here and it was worth every mile on the road 👍

I had a great experience at Dark Matter earlier this week. The shop was very clean and inviting. (I was in complete awe of all artwork on the walls.) The artists that I engaged with were all super nice and personable. I am very happy with my new ink and I will definitely be back.

I went in today and got my left forearm tatted by Mandi and she did an amazing job! She was very professional and it took very little time. Definitely going back for another one from Mandi!
