Eris is and always will be kind, outstanding, talented, respectful, and straightforward. His talent is unmatched, unfortunately due to the high volume of customers wanting just Eric yo do their tattoos is waiver because of short staff. If Eric had just the professional amount of staff to help, he could at least take a breath.

I gotten my first piercing with them at 16 and it was a belly button piercing and I never had a issue with it I do know im going back for my frog eye tongue piercing they have excellent customer service skills and make you feel comfortable

I went down to Jacksonville on a whim and found this tattoo/piercing studio. No research. Spur of the moment. Best decision. The store was clean and staff was extremely friendly. My piercing specialist was Red. She was fun and relatable and all around fantastic. She explained the process and let me know what she was doing and when she was doing it. And she was very gentle when piercing the skin. She explained in detail the after care and gave me written instructions as well. Highly recommend this shop and Red as your piercing specialist.
