Very professional and clean, went there for a piercing today was quick and very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable staff were friendly. I recommend paying in cash or bring cash for a tip they deserve it thank y’all again.

This was my first time at their new location in Wildwood. I absolutely loved it everything was so clean and nice. They had very comfortable waiting chairs outside of the main area. I went for a walk-in piercing and had a wonderful experience- the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
You can tell they know what they are doing and are following all the proper cleaning and piercing requirements. They talk you through every step of the process from making sure you like the placement to how to care for the piercing afterwards. Definitely coming back for all my future piercings and tattoos!

Took my 11 year old to have her ears pierced. Meagan was so patient and informative. She walked my daughter through everything slowly so she could get comfortable. She did some breathing exercises with her and helped her relax. I was so pleased with the entire experience. The person at the desk was also great. Will be back when my other kid is ready.

I have a helix piercing I got done at a different store a couple years ago and one of the balls came off of the hoop. I called about 10 minutes before my arrival to see if it was possible to get the ball put back and I was told yes. I got there around the time I said and was the only one in the lobby. I was told the piercer was finishing up with another customer and then I would be helped (which was completely fine as I was a walk in.) However during my wait two other customers came in after me and were asked to wait as well. Then the piercer took back both of the other customers prior to me. I would absolutely be upstanding if they had appointments, they both were walk ins as well. I understand the services they were receiving were more expensive than what I needed (I was more than happy to pay for my service as I physically can't fix the hoop myself), but I don't find it reasonable to be waiting nearly 45 minutes to get this fixed. I ultimately left after the 45 minutes as more walkins were coming in and I felt it was best I go to a different shop for help. Very disappointed in the service when I've heard so many great recommendations for the shop.
