Shawn has been rescheduling and giving me excuses since April. I gave a $300 deposit he demanded right then. He has already don't half of my tattoo and has yet to finish it. My appointment date was October 15th at 4. I get a message that morning stating he couldn't do it and asked to reschedule or give me my refund back. Told me to send a request for my $300 refund that day and it would be taken care of. I have yet to hear from him because he has turn one phone off and the other is disconnected now.

I had 2 different appointments with Shawn Higgins, he canceled both times the morning of the appointment. 2 months later and he still hasn't returned my $300 I put down. Refuses to answer calls or text even after I got his real phone number because he text me from a fake number on a app the first time. Avoid this business and find someone that is honest. I've found 8 different people he's done the same thing to in the past 2 years.
Update: another month has past and still no contact! Avoid this bum at all cost!!

Very displeased with Mr. Higgins. Ran a special that myself and my husband paid for. My husband scheduled with him. He calls the day of says he is sick and needs to reschedule. Rescheduled and called on the rescheduled date to cancel yet again. Both days my husband took off work. So not only are we out of $300 he lost time for working as well. So technically 16 hrs missed at $600. So a total of $900 he lost. He text from fake numbers and promised money back. Has never happened. This has been going on for 3months now. We will be taking matters into our own hands and involving the law. Stay far away from this guy.

I HAVE NOT been here and WILL NOT go here!!! Shawn started and refused to finish my friend’s tattoo and will not refund her HER MONEY! He then went on to block her on all communication platforms (phone, cashapp, facebook…..)! Completely unprofessional! Luckily she has found someone to finish this tattoo since most have refuse to finish what Shawn started! From other reviews it looks like he’s done this before! So disappointed that someone would do this to anyone!

Have gotten 2 tattoos from Shawn and they are both masterpieces. I get complimented still on each different piece as if they were fresh. No fading, no money or scheduling issues. The best place in Huntsville for a look at me tattoo
