Jesi is extremely accommodating, courteous, and professional. From her fast but quality work, light touch, she provides a very therapeutic experience getting tattooed. She’s a one woman operation and maintains a beautiful shop and her 2 decades of experience speak for themselves. She is thorough and always attentive to your needs. I guarantee after having work done by her you’re sporting art from one of a kind.

Jesi is a great artist! She is such a chill person and makes you feel comfortable during your sessions. Her shop is nice and clean. I highly recommend her!! My husband and I both go to her and wont go to anyone else. She is so creative!

Jesi took my concept and blew my mind. I was giddy every time I looked in the mirror to check the progress. I can say all the usual things you’ll be looking for in a tattoo studio, like immaculate cleanliness and spectacular artistry, all apply, but she is much more than that. Happy that I went with Bitter End.

Jess just did a scar cover up tattoo for me and it is absolutely Amazing!! For people who can relate to how having a bad scar can make you self conscious, she changed my life from that day forward. I can't wait for this summer to show my body that I hid last summer. The shop is clean, I love how its just you and her there, she is very personable and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her !!
