We had a really good experience!! My artist was Zac who was very cool to talk to and professional. Super quick and easy walk in. Even made a point to open the new needle and verify the expiration date in front of us. Will for sure go back and highly recommend.

Zac was very nice and he was quick to accept our walk in. He made sure my mom and i were both comfortable in our seats especially since my mom has an injured shoulder. He made sure to show us that he's using brand new needles and showed us the expiration dates. He's very kind and funny and it was a pleasant experience!

I had gone here for 4 different tattoos from Nemo. I never interacted much with the others that work here, but the little bit I did everyone seemed nice. And like I said, this doesn't seem like a bad place. It's the main reason I'm not giving a lower rating.
The other review is not the only person that experienced those things with Nemo and I doubt I'm the only other one. As I said I've gotten 4 from him now and the last one was around maybe a year or so ago now. 2 Pet tattoos and 2 others. I didn't have issues with him in the beginning, aside from taking a long while to set up and he went super slow. I was happy with how the tattoo was going, so I just went with it. But one thing that ended up happing was the quality seemed to vary with the tattoos and how much got done that session. The second one he did seem a bit rushed, and I wasn't completely happy with the result of it. But it wasn't like the tattoo wasn't completely ruined, so I was hoping it was just a fluke and went back with two ideas. The third one was another one that was rushed. Mostly spots missing on it that were going to need touched up and he started the 4th right after that. That one came out fine again and when he went back to touch up the 3rd one it really didn't get fixed. So, I didn't push it. I was frustrated and on the advice of my other half I decided to stop coming back.
All the interactions with Nemo were fine and he seemed like a good guy. Maybe just a bit too overworked and stressed out. But there were multiple instances where he was late showing up to my appointment. Like I said it was typically slow starting up and slow progress. Yeah, I wouldn't want things rushed, but things just seemed to take way too long. There were at least three instances where he double booked my appointment/ended up working on someone before my appointment, when mine was scheduled for when he came in. One of the appointments was just because it was a friend, and he was giving him a motorcycle for work and "drove far" to get there. It's still around a 20 or so minute trip for me. So, I wasted time and money to get there as well. Just a lot of the decisions didn't seem professional on a business point of things and probably drove away other people that never spoke up. I wanted to come back and keep using the place, but I figured it was also rude to just go and start using someone else.

I was recommended this place from a relative. I went in and asked the female tattoo artist about doing a piece she asked questions about what I was looking for and recommended one of the male artists. She stated that one was booked far out (does not matter to me) this whole booked thing is something they are very obsessed with (they must work with lots of kids with no patience). She offered for me to meet one of the artists (he was in a session, did not offer an appointment so to not take away from client) so he came out and was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him about the piece I wanted done and he gave me lots of excuses about where I wanted it, the size, and pricing. He took one look at my reference and did not try to figure out what i was planning on. He straight up assumed i was going to have it done directly from the reference. He stated that they normally take deposits and schedule sessions, but people don't show up and ruin the schedule. He avoided even scheduling or having someone schedule an appointment with him. He also made comments on wasting clients time to stop a session and talk to me. Um..easily could have avoided this and I could have come back another time. The bottom line is he acted like he didn't want business or just did not want to do it...or couldn't. I will never come back or ever have any work done here. This "artist" couldnt even give me an estimated time or pricing as far as what to expect. I've been to tons of other shops, and I have NEVER been met with such disrespect. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Top notch experience from A-Z! Professional artists, clean environment, friendly and polite and great communication. Did what they promised, when they said they would, for the price they said they would! Oh and easy to get to! Loved it and will be a client for life. Thanks Ryan and the VST crew!
